Special Instructions:
Draw blood directly in chilled lavender top (EDTA) tube. Immediately place into an ice-water bath until thoroughly chilled. Refrigerate during centrifugation and immediately transfer plasma to plastic vial. For Outpatients, test should only be drawn in outpatient locations within a Hospital (Akron or Beeghly).
