Target Audience:

Many clinicians involved in burn care continue to emphasize acute treatment strategies and may not be fully aware of recent innovations, the recognition of burn injury as a chronic condition, or best practices across the full continuum of care. This gap leads to inconsistent application of evidence-based advances, under addressed long-term physical and psychosocial needs, and fragmented coordination from initial treatment through rehabilitation and reintegration, ultimately contributing to suboptimal patient outcomes and quality of life.
