All About Me Patient Care Journal

Parents or caregivers who have a child with special needs can receive an All About Me patient care journal to help them organize and track their child’s care and treatment at Akron Children’s Hospital. The journal was developed by the hospital’s Parent Advisory Council in 2001, and nearly 500 are distributed each year.

Journals are available in the Reinberger Center, Family Resource Center, Outpatient Pharmacy, on patient floors, or by calling 330-543-0964.

If you have questions or comments, please contact parentengagement@akronchildrens.org.
