Sleep Study

sleep study girl

A sleep study is a painless test used to diagnose and determine the best course of treatment for your child’s sleep disorder.

The study is conducted at night in a homelike environment to help mimic your child’s bedtime and sleep rituals. The testing suites have private bathrooms, a lounge chair and twin bed so you can stay overnight with your child. Private and shared shower facilities are available to make it convenient for you and your child to get ready for school or work in the morning.

Please complete and submit the pre-study documents at the bottom of this page, prior to the study.

The videos below provide an overview of sleep studies including what to expect, how to prepare, what happens during, and how you get the results. There are also videos for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and multiple sleep latency test (MSLT) studies.
