Ashish Saini, MD, FACC

Pediatric & Adult Congenital Cardiologist

Dr. Saini is a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist at the Akron Children's Heart Center where he’s been practicing since 2014. He graduated from Government Medical College and Hospital in India, where he also completed a residency in pediatrics. He went on to complete an additional residency in pediatric at Beaumont Children’s Hosptial in Michigan and a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hosptial in Pennsylvania. Dr. Saini has a special interest in adult congenital heart disease, Fontan circulation, congenital heart disease in pregnancy, Turner syndrome, Kawasaki disease, aortopathies, echocardiography and exercise stress testing. He is certified by the American Board Pediatrics in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, the American Board of Internal Medicine in adult congenital heart disease and certified through the National Board of Echocardiography. He’s a member of the American College of Cardiology, International Society of Adult Congenital Heart Disease and the American Society of Echocardiography. He’s also an assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
