Rare Disease Day

Join us for our inaugural Rare Disease Day at Akron Children’s Hospital to raise awareness and support for patients and families affected by them. There will be talks on advocacy, patient support and a candid patient discussion panel. Also, entertainment by one of our patients and a fun contest for people of all ages.

 

When: February 28, 2023, from 12:00 -4:00

Who should attend: This virtual event is free and open to the public, including patients, their families and caregivers and health care providers.

Why should I attend? You may learn, share, be inspired, find new opportunities, or have a chance to connect with others.

Location: The program will be live streamed from the Considine Auditorium at Akron Children’s Hospital.
