Dr. Brittany Corrigan joins Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics

Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics welcomes Brittany Corrigan, D.O., to its New Philadelphia office. The practice – located at 1045 W. High Ave. – provides pediatric primary care for infants, babies and teens.

Corrigan – a native of Mentor, Ohio – earned her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia, in 2014. She recently completed her three-year pediatric residency at in the UK HealthCare Department of Pediatrics in Lexington, Kentucky.

In her spare time, Corrigan enjoys running and traveling. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys working with Hispanic patients and families.

In addition to Corrigan, the Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics care team in New Philadelphia includes Drs. Umesh Betkerur, Victoria Carpio, Yamen Ezaizi, Jennifer Gigax and Andrew Newburn as well as nurse practitioners April Edwards, Miranda Huffman, Sara King, Janlyn Manchester Sauter and Heidi Torch.

With same-day, evening and Saturday appointments available, Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics offers:
