Special Instructions:
Collect NPH swab specimen using standard respiratory swab collection processes. Process swab in the Reagent Tube (refer to SWI on myKidsnet). After processing in the Reagent Tube according to SWI, label and transport to the laboratory for testing as soon as possible (do not use pneumatic tube system). Do NOT send dry swab specimen to the laboratory for testing. Processing in the Reagent Tube is required prior to transport.
