Do not use serum separator tubes. Remove serum from cells ASAP. Peak level: Draw sample 1.5-3 hours after oral dose or 0.5-1.5 hours after infusion is complete. For Outpatients, test should only be drawn in outpatient locations within a Hospital (Akron or Beeghly)
