On Monday, May 20 over 80 guests joined together to celebrate the opening of The Timken Foundation Building at Akron Children’s Health Center, North Canton.
Visitors were welcomed by Tim Timken, chairman, CEO and president of Timken Steel, Rick Altman and Lou Altman, with A. Altman Company, the patient family of Ray and Shannon Hexamer and Grace Walkulchik, president and CEO of Akron Children’s. After the ribbon cutting, donors and supporters toured the building prior to the next day’s opening.
