10. Our new Sports Psychologist, Dr. Allyson Weldon, is no stranger to athletics. Side-lined by a career-ending soccer injury in college, she turned to studying sports psychology.
Following her injury, Dr. Weldon wanted to help others in similar situations overcome sports-related anxiety and depression.
