To simplify the MyChart scheduling process, we’ve upgraded the user experience. You can now schedule your appointments even faster and more easily — and quickly check it off your busy to-do list.
Most notably, MyChart now offers the ability to reschedule an appointment from the appointment details page. Instead of cancelling an appointment and starting the scheduling process over again, you can now hit reschedule. The visit type, location and provider will remain the same, so you will only have to change the appointment’s date and time.
You also can save favorite appointments to help speed up scheduling future appointments. When you save a scheduled appointment as a favorite, you’ll be able to quickly schedule it again with the same reason for visit, provider and location, and skip those extra steps.
