1. Explain the Root Cause Analysis Process. 2. Illustrate a patient safety event and the lessons learned from the event. 3. Implement error prevention methods and techniques.

General pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists and nurses.

Improved diagnostic methods and treatment practices will improve patient outcomes.
