Objectives (Educational Content) :

1. Describe the technical and operational challenges inherent to test development and implementation in the clinical laboratory. 2. Summarize the approach Akron Children's Hospital's laboratory took to bring up various types of COVID testing. 3. Differentiate the types of COVID testing and compare and contrast the associated logistical, operational, and technical benefits and constraints.

Target Audience:

General pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists, and nurses.
