Endurance is the strength and stamina that carries you through a workout or a physical activity from start to finish. Pump 50 is designed to help increase your endurance by offering a low resistance/high repetition format. Super-sets of strength exercises 50 reps per exercise are performed with light cardio in between to allow for muscle recovery. Reshape your body, feel stronger, and become more energized with Pump 50!
