Fit & Fun Circuits is an exciting and efficient circuit training class that integrates different pieces of fitness equipment into each workout. Both the cardio and resistance training segments utilize such tools as resistance bands, exercise balls, playground balls, gliding discs, hula hoops, body weight, ankle weights, and free weights to help increase the variety and effectiveness of the exercises. Summer is on the way, so now’s the time to get fit and have fun with Fit & Fun Circuits. Anyone who attends will receive a *FREE* Healthy Recipe of the Week. Instructor: Melody Case. Registration forms must be completed and returned to Melody Case prior to joining your first class.
