Cardio Intervals is an energizing interval training class that combines cardiovascular-based activities with short periods of rest. Each interval consists of two exercises performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of recovery. This method helps burn more calories in a shorter period of time and causes the heart to work harder by constantly varying the intensity level. Get maximum results in minimal time with Cardio Intervals! Anyone who attends will receive a *FREE* Healthy Recipe of the Week.
