Bridges Out of Poverty is a 3.5 hour training designed to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges and strengths of our patients and their families living in generational poverty. Staff will learn principles for improving outcomes with individuals from generational poverty and about how economic realities impact patterns of living. Attendees are encouraged to come with an open mind. Nurses will receive 3.16 continuing nursing education hours for completing the Bridges Out of Poverty course.
