Our Sports Psychology and Nutrition program helps young athletes prevent and recover from injury, as well as improve their performance, through targeted support for their mental health and dietary concerns.
Our sports psychologist, Dr. Allyson Weldon, works with young athletes on sports performance, positive mental imagery, post-concussion care, sleep, depression and anxiety, mental blocks and psychological readiness to return to play. A physician referral isn’t required.
Our sports nutritionist, Abbey Granger, counsels athletes on healthy eating, hydration and overcoming nutritional deficiencies that may impact performance. Patients must have a sports nutrition referral from their primary care physicians or other provider.
