You may be able to use a plug-in to view the resource!

Want to find the correct Plug-In?

  1. First, notice the file extension of the resource you are trying to view... if the file extension is available, it will appear within the parentheses like this: (.ram - 03/01/2000) .ram is the file extension in this example.
  2. Go to Netscape's Plug-in Search, and perform a search by specifying the file extension of the resource you are trying to view!
  3. Follow the download and installation instructions
  4. Come back to santoprene.com and click on the resource - it should use the Plug-In you just installed, if done properly.

You may have to open the resource in an application!

How you do this:

  1. First, notice the file extension of the resource you are trying to view... if the file extension is available,it will appear within the parentheses like this: (.ram - 03/01/2000) .ram is the file extension in this example.
  2. Referencing the icon and file extension, use the legend below to get an idea about what type of Applications might accept the resource you are trying to view.
  3. If one of these Applications is installed on your computer, it will ask whether you want to open the resource with that Application, say yes.
  4. If the proper Application isn't installed on your computer, save the resource somewhere where you can locate it later.
  5. Start another similar Application and try opening the resource within the Application.
  6. If all else fails, try using a plug-in... many of them are free.
