When it comes to improving the quality of care for childhood cancer and blood disorders patients, there's definitely strength in numbers. That's why Children's Hospital Association members have been working together on projects aimed at making a difference in the lives of hematology-oncology patients.

In this Children's Channel video, Dr. Jeffrey Hord, director of childhood cancer and blood disorders at Akron Children's Hospital, discusses the Quality Transformation Network and its efforts to decrease the rate of central line associated blood stream infections.
