Hours and weeks of rehabilitation often leave kids feeling dog tired, but they never seem to tire of the dogs. Here at Akron Children's, a few of our Doggie Brigade members work with staff to motivate kids during rehab therapy. Akron Children's physical therapist Kate Patton and Doggie Brigade handlers Don Weisel and Chris Witschey (and friends) discuss the role that man's best friend plays in helping kids recover after injuries and illnesses.
