My 5 year old son Cameron was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2007. He endured 5 brain surgeries and 2 implant surgeries. All of this occurred within 2 years. He was 3 years old when all this began. He required chemo and radiation, even though the tumor wasn't cancerous in the beginning. He loved going to school. His doctors were the best we could've hoped for. They took such wonderful care of him. Unfortunately, Cameron's tumor became malignant in April of this year. After the 5th surgery we were told he was terminal. We brought him back to Children's during the last 5 days of his all too short life. We were treated with respect and I love the staff of the hospital. He faced life like a man.
