Radiography education prepares students to perform imaging examinations and assist radiologists in locating broken bones and identifying diseased body systems and organs.
Akron Children's Radiography School is a 2-year program affiliated with the University of Akron.

Graduate students receive a certificate from Akron Children's and can simultaneously obtain an associate degree in radiologic technology from the University of Akron.
Our graduates are placed nationally and many have furthered their educations with specialized training in nuclear medicine, CT scanning, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, radiation therapy and other radiologic modalities.
Other career options include advanced degrees from the University of Akron in education, sales and management, to name a few.
