Medical students are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism including conducting themselves in a courteous manner with patients, visitors, and staff. Attire and grooming will be consistent with that expected of a physician during the course of all patient care and other rotation experiences.
Clean white lab jackets and clearly visible hospital ID badges are to be worn at all times. Scrubs and white coats may be worn while students are in the Emergency Department, NICU, PICU, and Special Care Nursery and when on Night Float.
