Candidates for Akron Children's pediatric ophthalmology fellowship program are required to:

Application Process

Akron Children's program participates in the National Subspecialty Matching Program in Ophthalmology.  Candidates must register with the matching program. After receiving your application materials, we will contact you regarding a visit to Akron for a tour and interviews with departmental staff.

In addition to the central San Francisco Matching requirements, send your CV, Including current address, contact information, education history, honors and awards (academic and non-academic), outside interests and hobbies, past and present employment, research activities and papers, and public service to:
