Akron Children’s established its Office of Pediatric Global Health to provide educational opportunities in domestic and international medicine for residents, while offering healthcare for impoverished populations around the globe.
Established in 2010 with the financial support of Jim and Vanita Oelschlager, Jeff Kempf, DO, who is board certified in pediatric emergency medicine, is the director of the office.
Dr. Kempf has been providing medical care and treatment at clinics and hospitals around the world for more than 25 years.
