Kimberly Martin, MD, joins Akron Children’s Hospital as a pediatric endocrinologist.
Dr. Martin joins the medical staff of Akron Children’s Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes. She cares for children and teens with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, growth disorders, hypoglycemia, metabolic syndrome, and other disorders related to growth, puberty and the endocrine system.
Dr. Martin previously served as an assistant professor in pediatric endocrinology at the Nemours AI DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Del., and the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Following medical school at the Case Western University School of Medicine, she completed her pediatrics residency and pediatric endocrinology fellowship at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
