***Walk-in Hours Available for Established ACHP Patients!***
ACHP Hudson offers walk-in hours on a first-come, first-served basis for sick child care. Established patients from any ACHP office can conveniently walk in from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday to be seen for allergies, colds, coughs, diarrhea, ear pain, fever, pink eye, rashes, sore/strep throat, vomiting and more. Minor injuries – such as cuts, sprains, strains and fractures – should still be seen at an Akron Children’s ER. Appointments are still required for well visits and can be made for sick care too, if you prefer.

About Us
This Akron Children's Hospital Pediatrics (ACHP) office is one of 27 locations to offer pediatric primary care for babies, children and teens close to home. Each office is staffed with experienced, board-certified pediatricians. Most insurance plans including Medicaid are accepted.

Your family is welcome to go to any ACHP location if your “home office” can’t meet your needs once in a while – i.e., a sick visit. All of our providers and staff can access your child’s medical records.

The electronic medical records system also incorporates an online portal called MyChart for patients and parents to easily access immunization records, test results, health summaries, as well as the opportunity to request and schedule appointments, request prescription refills and send secure messages to healthcare providers and staff.

Need to schedule a well visit? You don't need to call the office to make an appointment for a well visit if you have a MyChart account. To get started, simply log in to MyChart, select the tab for the child you want to make an appointment for and finally select the “Schedule an Appointment” link in the left-hand column. Every ACHP provider the child has seen in the last 2 years will be an option for direct scheduling, but it’s strongly suggested you choose the child’s primary care provider.

We are also a Reach Out and Read® site.
