Dr. Pat Seifert is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and has completed the trauma focused CBT at the Mayerson Center for Safe and Healthy Children in Cincinnati. She specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults, and has worked extensively with individuals with depression and anxiety disorders as well as chemical dependency. Before coming to Akron Children’s, Seifert served as the clinical director of Oriana House, a community-based corrections facility, and as a clinical consultant to the Addiction and Mental Health Crisis Center in Akron.
