Fibromyalgia is a common condition involving chronic pain and fatigue. It impacts more than seven million men, women and children in the United States. Chronic widespread pain is the most recognizable symptom. It is associated with extreme fatigue, sleep disturbances, stiffness, numbness, tingling, headaches, abdominal pain, alternating constipation/diarrhea, raynaud’s like syndrome, depression, anxiety and temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome (TMJ).
