Information About E. Coli Infections

An E. coli infection is a type of food-borne illness. Bloody diarrhea is the main symptom, but other symptoms may include vomiting, stomach cramps and nausea. Symptoms usually appear 3 to 4 days after an individual comes into contact with the E. coli bacteria.
