Tuberous sclerosis (TS) is a rare genetic disease that causes benign tumors to grow in the brain, as well as on other vital organs. Symptoms may include seizures, developmental delays, behavioral problems, intellectual concerns, skin abnormalities, and lung and kidney disease.
