Information About Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia

(also known as SED)

Spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia (SED) is a genetic condition that results in short stature, with adult height varying from slightly under 3 ft to slightly over 4 ft tall. SED is associated with a variety of medical problems, including clubfeet, a cleft palate and a barrel-chested appearance.
