Vice President, Surgical Subspecialties

As the Vice President for Surgical Subspecialties Administration, Craig McGhee is responsible for the organizational integrity of orthopedics, pediatric surgery, the ear nose and throat center, plastic and reconstructive surgery, the vision center, the heart center, and the neurodevelopmental science center. These responsibilities include strategic/business planning, practice recruitment and development, practice operations and resource deployment, human resource management, positive financial performance and compliance oversight. McGhee also serves as senior corporate liaison between private practice surgeons and the hospital. In addition, he is a member of Surgical Services Governance Council. McGhee is also a licensed physical therapist, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and certified athletic trainer.
